Coffea canephora (syn. Coffea robusta)

commonly known as robusta coffee, is a species of coffee that has its origins in central and western sub-Saharan Africa. It is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae. Though widely known as Coffea robusta, the plant is scientifically identified as Coffea canephora, which has two main varieties, robusta and nganda.[1]

Most people already know Robusta coffee can save us from high stomach acid because basically many coffee shops mix arabica and robusta in such a way so that the taste of arabica is still tasted and strengthened by robusta assuming it is safe in the stomach, therefore robusta also plays an important role for enjoyment. coffee, besides that, the advantage of robusta is that it can be enjoyed directly without other mixtures, and you will feel that each coffee has its own character, because it comes from a different region (single origin).
